When every order has its own size, material, and spec, a catalogue ERP fights you at every step: a new item code for every variation, specs crammed into 200-character part names, and quoting that lives in one veteran’s head. Pick the options — the BOM resolves itself
A configurable product master captures the rules of your product once. After that, every quote is a selection, and Flocra works out the components, quantities, weights, cost, and price instantly. For an electroforged grating panel, that looks like this:
